* There is evidence to suggest that the Citizens (AQ1000-58B, Exceed E510 and Exceed 0330) may use frequency adjustment as well as or instead of count correction, but I haven't ironed this out, yet, and will therefore keep the table as it is, for now. If and when a clearer picture of Citizen's methods emerges, I shall update this page. Likewise for Seiko, Hoptroff and Morgenwerk: if I find evidence that they use a particular technique other than as described above, I shall update this page.
